Regrettably, the reconnection finished before it even
really got started.
It appears we have both changed…perhaps, we are both just too similar.
Me: confident,
beautiful, pensive, intolerant, not as gullible, strong-willed, distrustful, aware.
Him: confident, handsome, yearning, focussed and driven, controlling, toppy, distrustful.
The projected goal: For us to
be together in the future but both knowing deep within, we are different now,
and if there was time together, it would be shortlived but no doubt extremely intense
and nourishing while it lasted.
That said, the coming together may never happen as we have had our 'time together', and it may be the time for us both to move on to whatever the future holds for us, separately...
